The Rowing Club of The Woodlands' membership includes year-long access to the boathouse and use of club equipment at any time (singles, doubles, or quad sculling boats). The club contains approximately twenty-four boats from varying level of beginner to elite. Members of the club are invited and encouraged to participate in the various social rows the club performs.

Club membership is $300 per year. A requirement to become a member includes taking the Learn To Row Program, or, if you have rowed previously, to be checked out by a Board of Directors & Advisors.

Our club is separated into two distinct groups of rowers based on age: Juniors, who are high school rowers, and Masters, who are over the age of 18.

Our Programs

The Juniors Program is a program created by excellence. Now the club's largest single program, the Juniors Program creates a competitive platform for students in high school. The Program actively competes throughout the Southwest U.S. and have received hundreds of medals throughout the years. Members of the Juniors Program have gone on to row for many of the nation's top rowing schools.

The Masters Program includes anyone outside of the Juniors Program and any level of intensity. With ranges of interested beginners to gold medalists at the U.S. National Masters Championships.
